As Director of Orasite Consult and Investments Limited, Dennis oversees diverse operations including fuel trading—specifically in Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) and Premium Motor Spirit (PMS). He manages brokering and distribution arrangements, coordinates supplier and client engagements, and ensures regulatory compliance in petroleum logistics. Under his leadership, Orasite has expanded into new markets, established two strategic subsidiaries, and built operational frameworks that support long-term value creation.
In earlier roles, Dennis led credit and risk functions in the microfinance sector, improved loan recovery frameworks, and streamlined financial operations. At Sam-Woode Ltd., he exceeded commercial targets as marketing team lead and improved internal systems through structural reforms.

Eubert holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, USA, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), equipping him with a strong blend of financial acumen, systems assurance, and governance capabilities in increasingly tech-driven environments.
